The Tamron 50-300mm f/4.5-6.3 Di III VC VXD Lens is designed for Sony E-Mount Full Frame Mirrorless Camera Systems. Featuring an expansive 50-300mm focal length with a very compact form factor of just 150mm long and 665g in weight.
Special lens elements are expertly arranged with 19 elements in 14 groups, these include two XLD (eXtra Lod Dispersion) and two LD (Low Dispersion) elements that effectively control chromatic and other aberrations throughout the entire zoom range. The Tamron 50-300mm f/4.5-6.3 Di III VC VXD Lens is equipped with Tamron’s VXD (Voice-coil eXtreme-Torque Drive) that delivers fast, quiet, and accurate autofocus performance that is well-suited for both still and video applications.
Equipped with Tamron’s proprietary VC mechanism that is designed to effectively suppress camera shake during handheld shooting at the telephoto end and capture moving subjects. The 0.22m minimum focus distance allows you to get up close to your subject for close-up photography and gives a remarkable maximum magnification ratio of 1:2.
